The East Meadow eruv spans nearly the entire town of East Meadow, leaving plenty of room for the growth of the frum community. Please refer to the eruv map for the exact boundaries. One should be careful when carrying on the streets where the eruv boundaries are, as both sides of the boundary streets may not be in the eruv . The Eruv is under the auspices of Rabbi Kresch, an expert in Hilchos Eruvim who also is responsible for the Far Rockaway eruv. The utmost care and concern for the intricacies of Hilchas Eruvim have been taken into consideration in the design and construction of the eruv, making this a Mehadrin eruv.
